Intro
Project Management is a key capability at two levels: organisational and personal. On one hand it is the process through which organisations deliver new initiatives, both large and small: the development of a new product or services, the establishment of a new production line, a public relations promo campaign. On the other hand each of us at one time or another have been involved in developing and implementing a project - either organisational (such as opening a new office) or personal (such as redecorating an apartment). Project management evolved into a well defined discipline with contributions such as the one from Henry Gantt, who is famous for his use of the "Gantt Chart" as a project management tool. His studies and work are considered the forerunner to many modern project management tools including the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). eab group acknowledges the importance of project management in today's business environment and seeks to continuously develop and integrate project management expertise in our client's organisations.
